There is more to an employer's open role than a company name or job description; there's an entire culture within which that role operates. Simultaneously, there is more to a candidate than just a résumé of competencies; there's a person with rich history, experiences, and personality traits through which their talents are demonstrated. To address these intricacies, every search engagement is premised on our Client-Talent Pairing Equation:

Step One of the 4C Analysis begins on the client side with an evaluation of the client's culture and company facets.  Whether the client wishes to maintain its current culture or make adjustments, we are passionate about supporting the client's vision. Our analysis not only provides us the details of the open role, but also valuable insight into the organization as a whole to ensure we get the cultural details "right".

In Step Two of the 4C Analysis we go to the talent side.  We use information garnered from Step One to build a talent profile of the right person for role consideration. We assess the prospects in our talent pipeline to gauge profile fit for the role based on both characteristics and competencies. 

The 4C Analysis completes the Client-Talent Pairing Equation delivering the right candidates for our clients, which leads to hiring the Right Employee.
