Steve Rodzos
Founder & Owner

From early beginnings as a US Army Veteran of Desert Storm, to hourly skilled trades worker, to varied Operations and HR leadership roles, culminating in a C-suite role as Chief Operating Officer, Steve brings 25+ years of experience to Fit First Talent.
Steve's experience comes from multiple industries including manufacturing, oil & gas, utilities, steel, and healthcare insurance. While working with diverse companies including Ford Motor Company, Nevada Power Company, Gerdau, BP, Marathon Petroleum, Meggitt, and Salus Group, Steve has developed his cultural and business acumen.
Steve leverages his work experience and Master's Degree in Organization Development with a straight-forward, down-to-earth approach to fully understand company pain-points. In turn, he ensures the needs of both the client and candidate are met with every placement.
Bradley Holmes
Talent Specialist & Operations Coordinator

Focused on collaboration and connection with others, Bradley brings a dynamic skillset to Fit First Talent. Upon earning his Bachelor's Degree in Policy & Ethics, Bradley has learned to evaluate projects in an attentive manner, strengthening our rigorous recruiting procedures.
Bradley has an array of experience in member engagement, community outreach, project management, and Director-level leadership. With much of his professional experience coming from the non-profit sector, Bradley understands the importance of capital management, organizational culture, and talent development.
Driven by his passion for community, Bradley works to ensure both clients and candidates feel confident, comfortable, and aligned when placements are made.
